Hello rupeshhari and experience members,

my brother is with me in Canada and he is legaly working as Food counter attendant (NOC 6641)

issue:

his employer is ready to give him a job offer (on letter pad) as food service supervisor NOC 6211.

My Question : is this letter satisfied arranged employment criteria mentioned on following link or he need certify job offer (LMO document ) from Service Canada?

he is not changing job, it's just a "job offer" to score point under arranged employment factor.  so this job offer should be approved from HRSDC?

on the another words he is trying to file FSW application under category 2.
