Alhamdollilah today I have received an email from London Office after a long, depressing wait. They asked for IELTS result and Degree and marks sheets of my spouse. They have given 30 days time for the submission. I am so confused about submitting of IELTS result as I have submitted it already...

Allah blesses us all. I checked my e-case on March 14 and I was a little confused as my address was disappeared and when I clicked "In Process" nothing came out, it was just blank. Can anyone suggest what does it means? I am kind of disappointed with this whole immigration thing. Thanks.

I did my IELTS in Aug. 2008 with band 7. Would it still be acceptable? or i would need to go through a fresh exam? (just a query, I haven't asked for it)

If the card is in any language other than English, it should be tranlated and notarised. A duly notarised and attested copy of identity card should also be attached to it, not the original one. Hope it helps.

I think if you havn't change your name in your documents after marriage, then it will not cause any problem. But if the name is changes, then it should also be changes in passport.

London office is working on applicants directly applied to them. They haven't even touched the transferred files. God knows when the ice will brake?

Representatives are very expansive. Do self assessment first and if you qualifies, do it yourself (if there is no complexity in your case). Its not too difficult, you just have to be precise and careful while filling the forms.

From the beginning of family stream, ie June 2008, till the date I havent' seen any one who got visa under this program. They just hanged the people in the air.
