Hey guys! Can anyone help me on how to apply re entry visa to Canada. I am planning to go to Nepal for a short vacation but I dont know if how will I come back. What is the process of re entry visa?

Simply have an approved LMO then apply for new work permit

The best thing you can do is send an email inquiry to the embassy stating ur situation because in the first place, they shouldn't hired u if u are not needed. U can still come to canada and u can find a job here

If ur LMO is still valid, u can reappply again, otherwise, u can do judicial review but u will need an attorney. And it will takd few months or even a year
