Hi All, Thanks for starting this new thread for Sept-09. We sent our application in Sept 09 to Buffalo. App sent to Buffalo: Sept-09 AOR receied: Sept 25th-09. Our lawyer said it shld take atleast 3 months to hear back from buffalo office. All the best to everyone and keep updating. Bye.

I got my Indian PCC from NY embassy on the same day ( I had my Indian Passport renew from NY in 2007), so thy said i will get my PCC same day. But my husband's Indian pcc is still pending (will take 30 days for him). They have taken his original passport.

u need submit one form with basic info for Mass clearance and also have to send MO. Even i had trouble filling it online, so i send it thru post to Mass.
