navarth, not sure what you mean? They only ask for your surname on the ECAS Client Application Status page. I also tried entering first name only in the surname name field but still nothing comes up.

Thanks noc4012. That is what I am now assuming too something is incomplete/missing in the application. Nothing in the mail yet but perhaps this week. At least I get to resend it and won't have to pay twice! It just means longer waiting. It will the the BWOP for me to get through to the start of...

Hey guys, Should I be worried that I have yet to receive my AOR? My application was received on March 12 yet according to the (very helpful) spreadsheet, applications received March 25 received their AOR yesterday. That means I am nearly 2 week behind schedule...eek! :( Any reassuring thoughts!?!
