I have submited my appication 27 May and reached CIO in the first of Jun 2009 I'm outside Canada but applied under category 2. what's about you? did you also applied under category 2 (inside or outside Canada)? what is your timeline? It's more that 7 weeks till now! I don't know what is the problem?
