So it is a problem because the application may have not been delevered to CIO till now.
Regular mail is not suitable to send such this valuable Dox with AEO and check as well as the regualr mail take longer time than courire.
While if you sent it by courire you would track the application till to be delevered to CIO NS.
I think you have to ask the mail administration about your shipment, they may give you some information about it. or have some patience to wait more time.
I sent mine with courire to CIO NS the same of you, last week of May, and till now I have no reply from them. but I was sure that my shipment has been delevered to CIO in the first of June as well as my check has been encashed before the end of June.

Man regular mail sometimes takes (nationally) from within canada up to 12 or 13 days or more to get delivered. For example, i live in canada and i sent my application by the best service in post canada(regular mail) called priority courier on june,2 and it was delivered on june,8 (6 days from within canada)which takes only two hours by airplane from where i live to sydney nova scotia.
you have sent your application from india by regular mail to canada, at the last week of may, it means that your application lasts up to 5 or 6 weeks just to get delivered to sydney nova scotia. so expect that they have recieved your application at the middle of july and have not started processing it yet, they are working now on applications recieved almost up to 25th of june (these information are from the call center inside canada), so your application is not being processed yet and your money order hasn't been cashed yet because your application is not even opened yet and no information will be available on it until they open it.
You are waiting since 60 days according to your calculations, but according to the CIO calculations (recieving date), you might be waiting since only 2 weeks.
Therefore, count at least 2 months after july, 15 to expect any response from the CIO.
