My question is VO is questioning me for misrepresentation, what they based on are non-solid evidences. And I want to fight back.

It is truely unfair result for applicants. I am facing a similar problem, just one step from rejection now. Although I was given an opportunity, I do think I am hopeless, the opportunity just showed their manner for procedural fairness, but in fact, they are going to treat me in an unfairly manner.

If they are really telling false fact to make applicant in confusion. Can we accuse them for misrepresentation in Federal court?

Many thanks. Their comments on the letter were majorly not stated by HR on that day, which HR can issue a statement for it. I suppose they based on their observations on that day. However, they had only for max 10mins been with me and at that time I was talking to them not working on...

I think his language is good enough to fullfill the requirements of 4131, however if your friend wants to claim points from his uncle and this 5 point will effect his final score below or over 67...there may be problems.

I just wonder if I can claim my experience from August-2006, does reference letter from HR can prove that suffiently? Besides that I really have problems in providing supporting documents for these 2months.
