Returned Application but unsure why!?!
Simply the in canada thing is for legal resident of CANADA and as long as he is on tourist visa, you have to use for outside canada. Hope that meets the eye.- VISA CLINIC

time taken by CIC AFTER SECOND REQUEST FOR POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFIC AND MEDICAL
Do you have an idea when CIC would be able to stamp the passports as they had visited home in Novemeber for physical check and asked for above documents which we submitted on 10th Jan 2014 only.- VISA CLINIC
