Do send them what they asked you to send according the PPR letter the letter , your travel passport , and the Appendix A do not send them something that would be out of place. Godd luck

Great news ! Well , it took one day to stam the visa plus in a few days to send your pasport back to you. It depends on where you live , as you know you can't submit your passport in person so you have to you submit it to the CVAS if you live in Moscow it won't take so long .
