Hi siddharth, I had shown 4 semesters of study during 2 years and simultaneous full time employment at the same time. Although i have received PER but no medicals till now. So yes you can definitely do that. Hope this was helpful

A word of advice, i sent some documents via dtdc to ndvo and asked the office to inform if they have received documents. They replied clearly saying that they cannot disclose that information. So please dont waste your time asking them. Hope this helps
