    HOW TO CONTACT FBI

prmalr, The number mentioned above is the one you can use to contact FBI. However, know that it takes the FBI anywhere from 2-4 months to process your Background Clearance Police certificate. I applied for the FBI PCC myself earlier this year and it took them about 10 weeks to process my...

    application returned

ved2003, Do not lose hope. Obtain your wife's BC and reapply ASAP. If it helps, ask a immigration consultant for advice on what went wrong the first time. Depending on your NOC code, you probably still have time left, but don't waste another day, g'luck.

    Spouse

@ahn, Given the gravity of the situation, I suggest you contact a good immigration consultant ASAP. It would cost some money, but the consltant would be able to give you appropriate advice in this issue. If I were you, I would consult atleast a couple of consultants to make sure they are...

Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi guys, I have a question for you regarding next year -- in your expert opinion, do you think these new "post-June 26 rules" are here to stay for good? If that's the case, then would say that the 20,000 quota would be filled within a week of July 1, 2011 when the next-year quota opens? (since...

    Pls Help

@Qutab Wow, I am sorry to say this, but your husband is such a low-life piece of garbage to do this to you. I have no doubt he will get his due because what goes around always comes around. My prayers are with you. I would suggest you contact a marrriage counselor/lawyer in your country...

A couple of questions, please answer if you can ...

Hi, from what I have read, it's good news if your CC does get charged. The CIC then will send you the first AOR, and will continue towards forwarding your application to the Visa Office of your choice. Some June/July applicants have begun receiving their first AORs. Check out the below link...

my lawyer says buffalo sucess rate is 99% for fsw

It depends on how strong your case is. If you submit your file without having enough qualifying points, it's more than likely your application will be returned. I guess your lawyer said that to give you some kind of assurance that your money will be well spent if you hire him/her. If I were...

Anybody who got refusal and then selected after appeal?

I do not know of anyone, but there's no harm in appealing your case. Worst case scenario is further rejection, but if you have a good reason for a reconsideration of your case, you should go ahead and process with the appeal. G'luck to you.

@Maani1985, I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. My best wishes are with you. I personally don't know if the CIC will give your Credit Card a second try, but I hope they do. The good thing is the 1122 quota still seems to be open since the CIC tried charging your Credit Card...

IMPORTANT - need to send ALL documents to the CIO now (not visa office)

anil04, That's what my attorney informed me, and I have checked on this as well. CIC is finding any excuse(s) for rejecting applications, and they do recommend a 6-month banking statement history. I applied to the Buffalo, NY Visa Office and it could be that this might be their requirement...

IMPORTANT - need to send ALL documents to the CIO now (not visa office)

@Bhavik Make sure you show your POF in terms of Bank St. for the past 6 months. CIC requires it to be for the past 6 months. Even though you might not have funds in your account for all that time, you need to give them a 6 month bank history. G'luck!
