They highlight
1)birth certificate of spouse-which we don't have attached.
2) photo -date of photo taken

1) In place of birth certificate 10 or 10+2 certificate on which date of birth is mentioned is also acceptable as age proof.
2)Date of photo taken is to be mentioned on backside of each photo alongwith name and date of birth
Can u pl. give the reasons they gave as for why they took objection on date of photo

It is totally unfair they are doing by not accepting the date of birth from our 10th certificates.

Date of photo taken is not required by CIO instruction.Where have u got it?

There are many persons who have submitted the 10 certificates as DOB proof and it is acceptable by the visa office (atleast the New delhi accepts as per the forum members).
In the visa office photo specifications they ask for date of photo taken to be mentioned on back of photo alonwith other details.

Do not lose hope. Obtain your wife's BC and reapply ASAP. If it helps, ask a immigration consultant for advice on what went wrong the first time. Depending on your NOC code, you probably still have time left, but don't waste another day, g'luck.

consult your visa office specific checklist and you will find 'photo requirement' section. this will tell you how many photos you have to send and will refer you to 'how to fill this form' section for how to prepare photos.

for example for singapore vo you have to send five photos and on the back of the photo you have to write name, height, and eye colour. for your visa office it may be different. pls check and resubmit. hope it will be ok.
