A statement from the bank is generally not enough. It needs to be a Bank a/c statement. Also a regular built-up' of funds in ur account is what they look for in the a/c statement. A sudden flush of funds is seen with doubt,,,but one can be lucky as well Good Luck!!

There sure must be a genuine issue about your dilemma, but there is no other option other than, to go to Canada before ur visa expires. The rules are getting stricter by the day. No point losing this chance & reapplying. Good Luck!!

Dear srid_a, The PCC validity rule always has been for 3 months (to submit it) Once you submit it, it is valid for 12 months. So if you already have the PCC, and if you can submit it, do it. Looking at what you say, I am afraid, it will not be valid till October'10 (for submitting purposes)...
