Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Dear Members,

I'm willing to apply under FSW-2 with an Arranged Employment Offer.

The prospected Canadian employer is going to fill and submit the AEO to Service Canada, but since the AEO is a Web Developer/Programmer, I think its better to attach with the file a separate sheet that states what qualifications and knowledge I have that justifies why the Canadian employer is willing to hire someone from outside Canada, not from inside!

As I’ve heard many AEO get rejected because the employer can't justify the need of hiring an international employer, I am trying to find any advise in how or what I shall attach as a justification to Service Canada?

I advice you to use this program to get the visa, then later (in Canada) apply for CEC.

Please update me about your status, since I may go through process If I'll find a job offer - we might help each other with information.

Dear mmh771 ,

For AEO, I dont think any 'justification' for hiring an employee from outside Canada is required.
AEO is applied by the Employer. Service Canada gives AEO to employer after checking:

- if the Job Offer is genuine
- if the employer is genuine
- if the profiles of job & of employee match

Many thanks for your replies, but still, its like half of the members here says that an applicant with an AEO needs to justify why he is being hired from outside Canada (in case the local Canadian market is full with his/her skill) and other says no justification needed as long as the AEO met the Service Canada requirements (being genuine, full time.. etc..).

And believe me i googled a lot about this, but still, no answer to this question yet!

Akzhol, a million thanks for this information as it is 100% new to me, but i am wondering is it 100% true?! .. i mean in the new NOC list they have removed the IT personnel from the demand list, so how come this can be true? please advise.

mmh771,

You are welcome. I'm glad if this information was helpful.
It is true, since it is written in the page of CIC. But bad news (not for you, I hope) is that, this program is going to be closed at September 30, 2010.
So hurry.
