@ genius, pareho tayo ng ECAS status. March 14 pa nga nastart daw process for me, much later than what you have. I am still waiting for my MR, if that's an MR. Kaya nga lang, I would give it 2-3 weeks since I have an immigration lawyer who is based in Canada. C/O mostly sa kanya kasi, therefore...

LOL, JPMA! ;D With how I understand MA1981's post and ECAS status, the AOR was actually received. However, when they started processing on 3/16, they made a quick decision. IMO, it's something not nice. And just like everybody, I am hoping it is a bug. :(
