No, we hired a canadian immigration lawyer - Abrams and Krochak. They are excellent. Ang problema, based sila in Canada so all correspondence will be received by them. They think that caused the delay on my MR. :-[

@urbinajoyce, yes they respond to emails. email them at this address: manil.immigration@in​ternational.gc.ca (without the spaces). they respond pretty quick!

@Carby, nagemail ako noong march 29 then nagrespond sila by Thursday, 3/31. mabilis sila magreply than CIO. :)

Thanks lizz! Two days after I received my 2nd AOR they changed my ECAS to RBVO to In Process. I got my 2nd AOR on 3/9 and accdg to the visa office, they sent my MR 3/15 (which is six days after they issued my 2nd AOR.
