You are wrong on this. I exchanged my UK full DL (less than a year) for an Alberta one and then got the 13 years experience on the licence from my home country (no reciprocal agreement btw) credited onto my Alberta driving record. Got very low insurance quote as a result of this!

Can you be more specific on how your education points was awarded? Did the VO give you any points at all for education? You seem to imply so and then in the same breadth say it was selective/biased. Did the rejection letter include any clause like you've not been awarded full education points...

Why don't you add the 'Application Filed' and/or 'AOR Received' date to your tracker to make it easier to see the time trend and also to determine if applications are batched for processing by date received at the VO?
