hi sis, so far wala pa naman ako nabalitaan na ganyan dito sa place ko, may kakilala din kc ako na nagchange employer pero approved naman ang WP w/o any medical request. ako din nung renewal ko after 2 yrs wala din namang medical request na. ... :) tc and regards.

hi you can apply online for the extension of your work permit while waiting for your new lmo, for the meantime attach your new work contract and copy of your passport in your application, then once you received your new lmo, you can just call the immigration and give your new lmo's confirmation...

hello, based po sa experience ko, june 21 kasi ang end ng old contract ko then same day june 21 tumawag ako sa immgration kung ano ang gagawin ko since my new lmo ay hindi pa dumarating at nakaprocess pa.sabi ng immigration buti daw at tumawag ako nung araw na yun kc last day of filing ko na daw...

hi oxie, wala akong nareceive na email, bsta yung permit ( by mail) na agad ang natanggap ko. :) tumawag din ako sa immigration dati to follow up, ang sabi nila sa mail ko na hinatayin ang result.

hi jewelle, depende kasi kung online nag apply. based on my experience nagsubmit ako online ng application ko for my new permit ( same employer and from low skilled to skilled) June 21, 2011 then natanggap ko yung new permit ko Sept 9 pero dated sept 6 sya.

@ynoweh, hi, same kmi ng hubby mo, from low skill category to noc b..kakukuha ko lang din ng new permit ko this month of sept, my hubby is trying to complete all his docs sa pinas para makapag apply na din sya...dont worry bsta ayos yung lmo ng husband mo, tuloy tuloy na yung approval ng permit...

@milsy, yes you can still send your application for a new work permit even if the LMO is still on process for as long as you'll be working with same employer. Same thing happened to me, last June 21 was the expiration of my old permit and I haven't received my LMO until the first week of July...
