I think you can send the corrected form immediately, and put "Urgent" mark on it. As you can see from CIC website, they are working on applications received till 10th Jun. Remember to include your personal details as much as possible so they can easily identify your case. Good luck.

Try to fix the bank problem first. As I heard, CIO may charge your CC again at a later time, maybe after one hour, maybe after one day.... This is not 100 percent sure. You can not ask them to redo it. Make sure you can fix the problem during the weekend, and if they charge your CC again in...
