SGVO has a huge backlog. In all these years, SGVO received a large amount of applicants, yet the visa target is not given accordingly, hence applicants suffer. For example, Beijing VO, they have finished almost all 626 and 71 applicants.

I sent an enquiry in october 2011 and the reply is really disappointing, according to their email, now MI-3 applicants are in priority, although they share the same NOC as MI-2 applicants. To me, it has no logic at all, and it follows the "last come first serve" way, this really makes me upset.

Thanks for the info, Hoquebd. Darmasus has been given 900 visa targets in 2012 according to CIC info from the link I listed. Warsaw increased from 2200 to 3000, SG increased from 1100 to 1700 in my opinion is to reduce their back-log. BTW, how come SGVO will take care of Damascus VO? I...
