In fact Beijing VO started quite some time ago, now 30% of their 626 applicants got MR.

Beijing VO has sent out a lot of MEs as well, it is acting fast! Singapore VO is the only one that sent out 2nd AOR one month ago and yet nothing comes out! Wake up, singapore VO!!!

May I make a little suggestion? For those who want to congrat PER, ME etc., could you use PM? I am sure a lot of guys here will get ME, PPR in the coming days, imagine if everyone sends congrats it will be a bit tough for people who wants to find information here.
