I even tried to contact them in the Tunis embassy in person, unfortunately for some reason it is impossible. You can talk to employees in person for other countries like the US or Germany, I don't know what's the case with the Canadians

You dont have to worry then, and yes the visa can take that long or even longer depending on lots of factors so you have to be patient

For low score reasons i cant think of a strong reason, but you could try saying that u missed an exam or two for emergency reasons. But i would advise you not to lie to them because they can catch you, so leave the academics and try strengthening other points like ur sop or financial statement

In my opinion, your IELTS score is really good but as to what google shows, 5.5 lakh is equivalent to 10,000CAD which imo wont be enough for a year. Good luck and I hope you get your visa
