My chances of getting a student visa?

hi, I have applied for my visa on the 16th of November. I am a citizen of tunisia but currently living in Bahrain. This is my profile:

Grade 10: 82%
Grade 11: 84%
Grade 12: 92%

IELTS overall: 7.5;
R: 7.5
W: 6
L: 7.5
S: 8

I graduated in June 2017 and i applied for 2018 january intake at Lakehead University and got my acceptance in Bachelors of Commerce.

For my visa application I included my mother's bank statement as she's going to sponsor me, there is about 70,000CAD, i also included a sponsorship letter where my mother said that she's going to pay my full study/living expenses during my stay in canada (signed), moreover i included my parent's house ownership deed back in tunisia with the legal translation because it was in arabic. (I also included rest of the documents like passport photocopies, IELTS, etc.)

I got a letter right after i applied, saying that i need to give my biometrics since I'm tunisian, i'm submitting my biometrics by the end of the week in the canadian embassy in Tunis.

What are my chances of getting my visa?

P.S: i did not pay for my first semester, but I paid the placement fee. I also sumbitted my visa application with the help of an educational consultant

i applied at jalandhar vfs on 24 nov for georgian college jan intake 2018, programe health and fitness promotion. what are my chances of getting visa? plz reply.

10th' - 8.2cgpa
12th'- 62.8%
IELTS bands 7.5 overall with not less than 6.5

ITR shown- 5.5 lakh

gic and first semester fee already paid.

In my opinion, your IELTS score is really good but as to what google shows, 5.5 lakh is equivalent to 10,000CAD which imo wont be enough for a year. Good luck and I hope you get your visa
