You are right, I did the same thing long time ago, when I was in the USA and had to get my medical done. I paid the courier charges to my DMP and she had the results mailed to New Delhi.

Yeah I guess that is how it should be done. I am not sure but thats what they said when we emailed in March. but last month when we emailed again, they said it is in queue for review. So we never get a clear reply from them.
