Can you please tell me the difference in scope of MASc and M.Eng ? Which is better to do considering job in Industry ? Is it correct that fee of MASc is generally around $17K for whole course ?

I still haven't received AOR from bIQ Hongkong . I sent my application on 31st August 2012 and reached their on 6th september. Any way to contact them for this issue ??

We have used any LAST NAME while applying (actually no LAST NAME in any of certificates or Passport) Does that make any issue for applying for Quebec ? Is that the reason that we haven't received AOR for application sent to BIQ Honkong in 31 August which reached there on 6th september.
