One year gap in study

I completed my B.Tech in June 2014. If I apply for september 2015 session, will it affect my chances ? Do I need to fill that gap necessarily ?

Actually I was inclined to do Masters in India and was focused on GATE but I got rank that I couldn't get top notch institutions and don't want to join NITs. So I am preparing to do masters in Canada now.

Please suggest me.

many people have applied with 10 years , 8years and 6 years GAP , so dont worry, whats your complete profile ? IELTS and all ?

Select relevant course and Score good in IELTS and you are good to go.
