Sadly...I think "yes"... :'( I called fedex up almost everyday and they told me that custom has held your package since you have sent documents that are for immigration...we can not comment on when they will release the package. So finally after tracking on their site, they sent it to Karachi...

My Fedex package was opened and checked when I sent CIC reqsted docs to my hubby's lawyer backhome from here...the custom held it for 3 days and they went thru the papers...there were no CDs, cards or anything crazy in there but still they went thru..over all it took them 2 weeks to...
