can we mail the visa office to delay our pr till my new born baby?

I have finished medical on 9.4.15. My pregnant wife's medical also completed ( done xray using double shield). So my question is will the PR visa will be issued to me as per normal process or my PR visa will be delayed until my wife delivers a baby???

So if visa office request passports, should I submit? What is the process for new born baby visa? Will the medical be redone for the whole family again? How much to pay for new born baby visa and landing fees?
