Well for PR applications it must be faster as there is no need for sending documents back and forth between visa office and cpp-o. I think that that's the purpose of this operation instructions. Parliament makes a pressure on CIC regarding CEC program, as processing time for CEC is still too...

it means that visas and COPRs will be issued directly by CPP-O. That eliminates overhead of interacting between CPP-O and visa offices abroad for issuing COPR ,thus speeds up a process.

well i can tell you what i did (i have 2 years old daughter).... in section (c) in name field i put N/A and tick didn't travel checkbox I'm not sure that's perfect, but considering the fact that my CC was charged recently, i would say that this works :)

no i've just sent some of them. Mostly to show first and last months... to prove 2 years of experience. But i think that employment letter is a main document for eligibility decision, all the rest is just nice to have
