I predict my CAP will be reached within 30 days, which is faster than (as you all say) needed for the cheque to be cashed!!!! :o

update... I contacted the bank and they told me that the cheque is not cashed yet. It has been 45 days though... should we be worried? How is this possible?

what do you mean by post? where? I will try and check about our fees payment. nice idea. So as soon as the money is retracted or cashed it means we are safe in the cap? i hope we don't have to wait 2-3 months to enter the cap. also, shouldn't the money be taken out already? more than 45 days...

The papers that we sent were received (as the courier told us) at aroun 45 days ago. We still haven't received any emails though. Anyway, my question is , since the cap of our noc is increasing dangerously and it is at 325 already, is there any chance that we will not be in it in time?

I check weekly the caps from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp the first weird thing is that they were 12 days late to update them. secondly they do not show with red letters the reached caps anymore (why?) thirdly, although many NOCs were increased, the...

Any idea why they might be so late to post the new caps?

the general "line" is -- one year of experience in a specific profession under the NOC categories in the past 10 years

οh ok, just a handmade table i presume will do the work. what about the blank gaps where we should put "N/A"? should it be in ALL of them? for example it asks for work experience and provides with 6 gaps. i only fill the 3, should i put "N/A" in the rest?

when in forms it says "if more space is needed, attach a separate sheet", do they mean another copy of this form or a blank A4? for example with work experience or education that there is not enough space?
