Hi everyone, have a TRP valid till February 22, 2013 and going to send my application for my TWP with a positive LMO to the office in Los Angeles. Right now I'm in Vancouver, should I also apply and pay for the TRV or as I'm already inside Canada I don't need to fill in the TRV form? Thank you

Is it better to apply for a TWP being in Canada and sending my application to the US or coming back to my home country and sending the application the the local office? Thank you
