thanks. I was married in another country that do not have divorce, Can i apply a divorce in canada against my marriage in that country? a desperate question :D no divorce and annulment is not an option because it is a loooong and costly process.

thanks for your inputs, is it really in canadian law(or whatever rule there is) that I cannot marry a canadian in Canadian soil while I am married to another in a no-divorce-country (but we are already separated physically and emotionally) time and money are the barriers? thanks

hi just sneaking in, have you observed if your relationship to your sponsor has bearing with the processing time? I mean its faster if your sponsor is your mother or father etc. and slower if sponsor is only your cousin? guess you have to observe and see.

were you asked for ielts or did you submit along with application?
