Welcome envogue. Yup you need to send verification forms to the state in the US where you obtained your license. Parang dito din may verification forms ka na sesend sa PRC and sila ang magpapadala nun sa CNO. Ako may Vermont license and I think I paid 50 dollars yata for verification...

Hi noelcezh! IOM ang may handle sa COA (Canadian Orientation Abroad) and CIIP naman for CIIP seminar. Hindi ito mandatory pero I recommend you attend these seminars. And dami mo matutunan and yun nadin ang start ng Canadian network mo. Sa CIIP eh gagawan ka pa nila ng individualized action...
