hi there! This simply means that you have to pay a sum of money to the courier once he/she hands your passports with visas to you, or your agent. No need to worry, it's as simple as that. Wala ng pupunta pa sa courier at magbabayad, basta handa mo lang pera pag dineliver na sa bahay nyo passports.
