Mohamad It seems that they haven't opened your application yet. It really seems that they really have a 45 days backlog to all the NOCs (except for crane operators...) But these are my conclusions only! ;) I had the same problem of cap reached last June! I wish you good luck this time!!!!!

Huummmm.... Ok, if everybody has a different theory here I go... Maybe the CIO has received so many applications at once that the immigration officers just developed psychologic disturbs... :-[ And now our applications are been used for origami therapy.... ::)

Jeca my dear I feel so sorry about this situation... :( last June I almost got crazy when I had my application back due to cap reached. I was decided to get even some crane operator's skills in order to immigrate!!! Such thoughs are reason to my family ' s laughing till today :-\ Take care of...
