It's an idea to play with indeed... What about the police certificates? It is recommended to send them too but not crucial. Not sending them in application v2.0 would weaken it in comparison to the previous unabridged version - or not?

Dear friends, To make a long story short, I sent our application to the CIO via courier on June 13th. Then, the cap for our NOC - 3112 - had not been reached, standing at 968. The documents should have arrived until yesterday, June 16th. Alas, they did not arrive on time and the cap was reached...
