if you are the only one who sent the application (i,e, no other family member in the same package) then i don't think there is any problem. Also it only requires name of the applicant not the date of birth.

You can confirm about the receiver from dhl...... Not to wrry regarding photos..

They will probably just ask you to send in new pictures signed with the names on the back. I would get that prepared in case it is asked for and send it in right away.

I don't think it will be returned for such a trivial information. As long as you have attached the photo with the application (i.e separately for each family member or in case of single applicant just in the package ). They just need to know who the photo belongs to. Most important information...

I did the same. Do not worry! I got sponsor approval already and they have not sent my app back! They will most likely just request new photos. They will not send your app back.
