Just wondering if in addition to the studio name and address, date photo was taken and my name, do I need to also include a guarantor on the back of the photo?

It's a requirement for Canadian passport photos but just checking whether it's need for citizenship photos?

Does say so in the specifications but just wanted to check.

Thanks

The photos for citizenship should not be signed by a guarantor. Only thing needed are name of photographer/studio, address of studio, date photo was taken and your name.

I forgot to write my name on my photo, it was stamped with date from the photographer but my name wasn't. My application was NOT returned, it is in process atm. However I was the sole applicant, I think name write requirement is ignored for solo applicants but it could vary from case officer to case officer too

Hi! I'm in the same boat now . I forgot to write my name on the back of the photos and the studio only stamped 1 out of the two. Should I re-apply or wait until they get to my application and see if they return/accept? Thank you!

I am in the exact situation ... i guess ill just patiently wait ...

So I want to make sure that I get this done right the first time, even if it means erring on the side of caution/extra work.
1) I will be sure to write my name, date, and address of photography studio.
2) I figured I would have the grantor stamp it for good measure.

Will having a grantor stamp hurt anything for citizenship photos?

Usually the photographer these days have a stamp with their address and declaration written on their stamp so guarantor have to just sign on it.
