Has anyone had an interview and can report back about the types of questions they ask? I've seen lists of questions out there but some of those questions don't make sense. I.e if they ask what the spouse's fav. colour is, how will they confirm whatever answer the interviewee gives them? Thanks.

No they did not ask for a re-do but from what I've heard, medicals expire after a year of taking them, and another forum member noted that he re-took his medical prior to the interview which saved him 6 weeks of processing time as they asked for a new medical at the interview anyways...

When you say "official purposes", I assume you include spousal sponsorship in this definition, as this is the purpose for which you are sending the additional 9 pictures? If so, wedding pictures would also be sent for "official purposes" and therefore should not be forbidden to you. If I were...

Thanks for the suggestion re: asking about ecas generally...that is what I will do. If nothing concrete comes out of it, and I don't see any update on ecas within a month, I will submit a case-specific inquiry.
