Hello Guys!! Have some questions around the PCC - Does CIC ask for PCC once before or after the PER is issued? I need to obtain PCC from USA - did anyon obtain that? The website if really confusing - any help on the process will be greatly appreciated.

Guys there is a temporary freeze on FSW application until Jan 2013. They are no longer accepting applications this year.
