I have IELTS 6.5 (writing 6.5, listening 7, reading 6 and speaking 5.5) and have 3 years of work experience. My Bachelor GPA is 69,7 out of 100. What university am I eligible? Or do I have to upgrade my Ielts score for applying better university?
