Hello , i read your post and we have the same situation. My hubby is also a Canadian, has a criminal record but under probation and he served that already . that was last 12 years ago already and we just sent our application to CPC-M and wait for the result of my hubby's sponsorship eligibility.

Hello Madali lang ang approval ng sponsorship mo. Wow! Congratulations! We just send our application last June 4 this year.

hello po pwede magtanong sino ba dito canadian hubby na may criminal record last 10 years ago. Will it affect the sponsorship application? My hubby kasi has record and was under probation but served na last 10 years ago pa. Any ideas or advice? TIA
