yes he was convicted in Canada 12 years ago and was under probation for a year. he finished the probation already after convicted a year after. Does he still need the rehabilitation?

I sent my complete application to CPC-M June 4 by LBC courier and we have a tracking number and it showed they received it last June 9 according to LBC tracking number. No AOR yet.
