Good Conduct Certificate is necessary......Attach bank statement as well..I have seen PHD people from Pakistan who get full PHD scholarship but get refusal due to non-attachment of Bank Statement...

When I first fly from Karachi-Toronto.... It took like nearly two hours from Plane to sitting in Cab....Your strategy must be to get out of plane as quickly as possible...as Immigration counter has long queues...different flight arrive simultaneously.
