    Lolz its up to you........everyone gets study permit with the college/university name..you are not a special one....Before june 1, 2014...students weren't required to tell CIC regarding the change of college/university..now they are bound to tell CIC for it.... CIC officer told you the process...

    CIC officer totally misguided you SORRY to say you this... Sometime it happens because of language barrier.... Before june 01, 2014, student don't need to tell CIC about changing college/universities...now just tell CIC by MYCIC account.

    NO NO NO I got my visa by end of april.... I stayed canada for 3 weeks...and came back home due to some family matters..now I will be going back in December 2014 InshAllah...

    No need to worry...I also was asked to go for SPUTUM test...mine went all fine and I got visa......I did my test outside from laboratory as well for my satisfaction.....
