i am also a NOC 3142 candidate. app reached cic on 30th sep 2011 & Receive my PER on 23 dec. Till date no any further information from my VO(NDVO).

thanxs dear for this news. NDVO is in hurry to finish their home work ASAP. but for me they r silent even not interested to send me 2AOR.today it has been 40 days since my PER, no further news after that. Ecas shows in process. my address disapeared on 28th jan. i hope NDVO would read this post...
