Hi Mujeebkhan, Welcome to the forum. Sorry to say that CIC is no more accepting applications under 2174 category since the cap of 300 applicants has been reached at the end of May 2013. You are now eligible to apply under 2174 for FSW only if you had a valid job offer in hand from a Canadian...

I would recommend you to try for Australia since your wife have very good IELTS score to get registered in Australia... Canada is no more accepting applications from Nurses except for Quebec.
