well people say it first goes to New Dehli and then they transfer it to Islamabad. For me it took around 2 & half weeks

Bro, 1) No one can give you a timeline regarding this thing. is ko 1 week say lay ker 1-2 months bhi lag saktey hain. 2) Jaisay hi VISA stamp ho ga, usi din ya us say aik din aagay peechay website per decision made bhi ho jaey ga. so keep on checking E-CAS.
