Does anybody know how long it usually takes for something to show up in ecas, after receiving the AOR from the VO? I've got something new to check every day and I'm already driving myself crazy with it!

Just a quick update, I received AOR from the Sydney office today with a new UCI, but cannot use it to access ecas yet. Just so happy to see my file finally moving!

I changed it via ecas as soon as I received the UCI, but it said please allow 15 days. My own fault though, should be more organized :)

This and there seems to be a need or a desire to make it appear as though processing time is much lower than it actually is. 86 days?? Currently working on applications received April 30th?? This sort of mis-information just sends a whole bunch of April applicants into an emotional tail-spin and...

Yeah you are definitely not alone in this. I'm still waiting from April 12th, fireluck is still waiting from April 11th, it's beyond ridiculous now.

2 months would be awesome. I'm shooting for Christmas - have already been waiting 104 days (and counting) for stage 1 approval only. I've also been living in Calgary for two years on my WP - I have a home, a family and a cat here now, and really don't want to have to leave any of that behind!

Thank you Rachiy for the response. Have you been through a similar process? My application for status change was received and signed for by CIC yesterday. My WP is due to expire on August 19th, so it's definitely been received on time, although I doubt it will be processed on time.

Yep same here. Tomorrow marks 2 weeks since AOR.
